CleanMyMood Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CleanMyMood application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app.

App Services

CleanMyMood provides the following services:

  • Mood tracking - Record your emotions using our four-quadrant emotional classification system
  • Emotion processing - Unique "Cleanse & Savor" workflow to help you process emotions
  • Local storage - 100% of your data is stored on your device
  • Optional sync - End-to-end encrypted synchronization via Apple iCloud
  • Privacy protection - Complete privacy protection with no servers and no tracking

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CleanMyMood for:

  • Personal use - For your personal emotional management and mental wellness
  • Device installation - Install and use on iOS devices you own or control
  • Feature access - Use all features and functionality of the app
  • Data control - Complete control over your emotional data

Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Record and manage your personal emotions
  • Use the emotional processing tools provided by the app
  • Share specific mood records with trusted individuals
  • Export your data for personal backup
  • Use across multiple devices you own (via iCloud sync)

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Commercial use - Use the app for commercial or profit-making purposes
  • Reverse engineering - Decompile, hack, or attempt to obtain source code
  • Data mining - Extract or analyze other users' data at scale
  • Harmful activities - Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Distribution - Redistribute or resell the app

CleanMyMood includes:

  • Four-quadrant emotion system - 24 emotion types based on pleasure and energy levels
  • Cleanse & Savor workflow - Unique approach to processing negative and positive emotions
  • Privacy-first design - Local storage with no server architecture
  • iCloud sync - Optional end-to-end encrypted data synchronization
  • Sharing functionality - Share mood records with trusted individuals
  • Data export - Export your data for backup or migration

Free Service Commitment

CleanMyMood promises:

  • Core features free - Basic mood recording and processing features are permanently free
  • No advertisements - The app will never display ads
  • No purchase pressure - Won't restrict features to force purchases
  • Future premium services - May introduce optional premium features without affecting existing free functionality

Data Ownership

  • Your data belongs to you - All mood records and personal data are entirely yours
  • Local storage - Data is stored on your device with your complete control
  • iCloud encryption - If using iCloud sync, data is end-to-end encrypted
  • Right to deletion - You can delete the app and all associated data at any time

Privacy Protection

Our privacy commitment:

  • Zero data collection - We don't collect any of your personal or emotional data
  • No server storage - No servers store your information
  • No third-party tracking - No third-party analytics or tracking services

Disclaimer of Warranties

Minor Usage

For users under 18:

Termination

  • User termination - You may stop using the app and delete all data at any time
  • Service termination - We may terminate service for violation of terms
  • Data retention - After termination, data on your device still belongs to you

Changes to Terms

If we update these Terms:

  • Continued use - Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of new terms
