CleanMyMood is a privacy-focused emotional wellness app. We believe your emotional data is your most private personal information, which is why we've designed industry-leading privacy protection mechanisms.

Core Privacy Principles

100% Local Storage

  • All emotional data is stored only on your device
  • No server storage - We have no servers storing your emotional records
  • Works completely offline - The app functions normally without internet connection

Zero Data Collection

We do not collect any of the following:

  • Your emotional records and journal entries
  • Personal identification information
  • Usage behavior data
  • Device identifiers
  • Location information

Optional iCloud Sync

If you choose to enable iCloud sync:

  • Uses Apple's end-to-end encryption technology
  • Data is fully encrypted during transmission and storage
  • Only you can access the encrypted data
  • We cannot access any of your data in iCloud
  • You can disable iCloud sync at any time

App Permissions

CleanMyMood may request the following permissions:

  • Notification permission - For optional mood tracking reminders
  • iCloud access - For optional data synchronization
  • Photo access - For adding mood-related images (optional)

All permissions are optional and denying them won't affect core functionality.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Apple's anonymous analytics services:

  • App Store Connect Analytics - Collects only anonymous app usage statistics
  • Crash reports - Help us fix app issues
  • No personal information - All data is anonymous
  • You can disable these features in iOS Settings

Third-Party Services

CleanMyMood does not use any third-party tracking services:

  • No advertising networks
  • No analytics tracking
  • No social media integration
  • No data brokers

Data Sharing

We never share your data:

  • Don't sell data to third parties
  • Don't share information with advertisers
  • Don't perform data mining
  • Don't create user profiles

The only exception is the in-app sharing feature, which is completely under your control for sharing specific mood records with trusted individuals.

  • Local encrypted storage
  • Secure data transmission (when using iCloud)
  • Regular security updates

Children's Privacy

CleanMyMood is suitable for all ages:

  • Does not collect personal information from minors

Since we don't collect your personal data, you naturally have:

  • Right to deletion - Can delete the app and all data anytime
